微量泵在小儿化脓性脑膜炎抽搐期的应用

摘要 目的为探讨用微量泵注入药物而止惊治疗小儿化脓性脑膜炎抽搐期的效果。方法将65例小儿化脓性脑膜炎随机配对,分为治疗组35例和对照组30例。治疗组35例化脓性脑膜炎患儿在抽搐期全部用微量泵持续注药止惊;对照组按常规使用药物。结果对照组治愈率为66.7%,死亡率为16.7%,而治疗组治愈率达85.7%,死亡率为0,两组之间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论小儿化脓性脑膜炎频繁抽搐期及时用微量泵注入镇静剂,不仅能够止惊、镇静,而且大大减少了并发症,缩短了病程,提高了成活率。 Objective Tc investigate the clinical effect of purulent meningitis in the convulsion stage treated by mitigator through minim input pump. Methods 65 cases were randomly divided to two subgroup. 35 cases in treatment group were administered mitigator by minim input pump in the stage of purulent meningitis. Contrast group was treated by routine drugs. Results The cure and mortality rate was respectively 66.7% and 16.7 % in contrast group. In treatment group, the cure and mortality rate was respectively 85.7% and 0. There was significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusions The convulsion stage in purulent meningitis treated by mitigator through minim input pump in time could not only cure convulsion and calm but also reduce complication, shorten the course of disease and heighten survive rate.
