摘要 目的为了进一步提高临床护理教学质量,探索性格因素在一对一带教模式中的影响。方法将2002年6月~2003年12月来妇产科实习的护生87人,根据性格进行配对带教,分4组型带教。护生实习结束前对配对带教模式进行择优选择,同时护生与带教老师之间进行相互测评,比较4种带教模式的差异性。结果内向老师→内向护生一型与其他3型配对带教模式之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论临床带教中应尽量避免内向老师→内向护生配对模式,在带教过程中充分利用性格因素的互补作用,尽可能发挥带教老师和护生教与学的最大潜能,培养护生优秀的品格,提高护理实习质量。 Objective To improve the quality of clinical nurse teaching, and studying the character on the one-to-one model of clinical teaching. Methods 87 undergraduate nurse students assigned during June 2002 and December 2003 were divided into four groups based on their characters. The best one was elected out before the teaching finished and the evaluation were carried out between the teachers and the students and summarized the differences among the four groups. Results There are statistics differences between the groups that both characters are of introversion and the other groups (P < 0.05). Conclusions The group composite of introversion characters should be avoided in the clinical teaching. The complementarity of the characters should be applied in the clinical teaching. In order to cultivate the outstanding character of the students and improve the quality of the clinical teaching, the abilities of the teachers and the students should be excavated fully.
