腋窝外侧无痛性皮下注射的临床研究

Study of Pain-free Hypodermic Injection in the Medial Axilla

目的探索腋窝外侧皮下注射对长期应用抗乙肝免疫核糖核酸治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效和减轻注射疼痛。方法将237例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分成腋窝外侧皮下注射组、上臂内侧皮下注射组以及臀部肌肉注射组。结果腋窝外侧皮下注射组ALT正常率及HBeAg阴转率优于臀部肌肉注射组,与上臂内侧皮下注射组相同。三组疼痛程度有统计学意义。结论腋窝外侧皮下注射疗效显著,疼痛少,长时间注射无红肿、硬节。病人易于接受。

Objective To investigate the correlation between increasing the effect in patients with chronic hepatitis B receiving a longstanding axillary hypodermic injection of anti - hepatitis B immune RNA and relieving pain caused by injection. Methods In order to observe the degrees of the increased effect and relieving pain caused by injection, 237cases with chronic hepatitis B were randomized into three group in accordance with RCT： hypodermic injection in the lateral axilla, hypodermic injection in the medial upper arm and intramuscular injection in the buttock.. Results ALT in the group of hypodermic injection in the lateral axilla was normal, the negative transform rate of HBeAg was superior to that in the group of intranmuscular injection in the buttock., but was the same as in the group of hypodermic injection in the medial upper arm. On the basis of χ^2 analysis, there was a marked difference. Conclusions Hypodermic injection in the medial axilla brought about a striking effect and little pain. There were no swelling and scleroma in the course of long injection. Patients were willing to admit.
