紫杉醇涂层支架植入术治疗冠心病的护理

Nursing of Patients with Coronary Artery Disease after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention by the Drug Eluting Stent

目的观察冠心病病人行经皮冠状动脉紫杉醇涂层支架植入术后并发症的发生情况及总结护理要点。方法对36例施行经皮冠状动脉紫杉醇涂层支架植入术患者术后并发症进行分析,并实施针对性的护理。结果术后出现皮下血肿1例,2.7%;穿刺部位出血1例,占2.7%;严重心律失常1例,占2.7%;迷走神经反射1例,占2.7%。结论紫杉醇涂层支架植入术后并发症并不少见,但进行全程监护及有针对性的护理,可以减少其死亡率。

Objective To observe the complications after PCI（percutaneous coronary intervention） in patients with CHD（coronary heart disease） by the drug eluting stent （TAXUS） and summarize the nursing points. Methods The complications after PCI by the drug eluting stent （TAXUS） were analyzed in 36 patients. The special nursing were used for the complications. Results 3 cases took place complications among the 36 patients. 1 cases （2. 7%） complicated subcutaneous haematoma; 1 cases （2.7%） haemorrhage in side of puncture; 1 cases （2.7%） severe arrhythmia; 1 cases（2.7%） vasovagal reflex. Conclusions The complications after PCI by the drug eluting stent （TAXUS） didn＇t seldom take place, but continually monitoring and specially nursing could decrease patient＇s death-rate.
