围手术期心理护理之利弊探讨

A Pro and Cons Study of Perioperation Psychological Nursing to Old Patients

目的对因胃肠外科疾病住院的老年病人进行手术前、中、后的常规护理和心理护理,探讨其对病人住院期间的心理状态、疾病治疗效果、住院天数和费用等的影响。方法采取术前访问、术中照顾和术后随访,对80例病人实施了术前、术中和术后的整体护理,并进行了问卷调查。结果观察组病人对护理工作满意、术前有好的心理承受能力、自我护理能力提高等方面均比对照组有显著的差异(P<0.05)。但住院时间较对照组长。结论对老年外科病人进行术前访问、术中照顾和术后随访的综合护理措施,有利于病人的早期康复,有利于护士素质的提高。但在一定程度上增加了护士的工作量和病人的花费。

Objective To obtain a gains or losses result in old patients who receive an abdominal operation by psychological nursing measures. Methods Pre-operation visit, mid-operation care and post-operation review were conducted among 80 patients. Patients were asked so that to weigh the pros and cons on the measures. Results Most of the patients are satisfied with the service especially at nursing （ninety-eight point seven of the patients give an affirmative reply）. All of these have distinguished differences comparing to the control group （P 〈 0.05）. But their hospitalized hours and hospital expense were increased. Conclusions Pre-operation visit, mid-operation care and post-operation review result in satisfaction of patients on conventional and psychological nurse, self-caring, knowledge learning but not the hospitalized duration as well as the fees.
