Design of Master-slave Monitor and Measure System in the Technology Transformation of the Traditional Equipment

用 PC 机通过 RS485总线与多台单片机系统进行串行通讯,其中每台从机负责各生产过程的实时数据采集、处理与显示,主机则负责生产数据的集中管理。本文给出了该主从系统的结构原理框图,阐明了程序设计思想。

This paper describes how to realize the real-time data reading, processing and display of the production process and the centralized management of the production data based on serial communication between PC computer and multiple MCU system through RS485 BUS. The Master-slave computer system structure charts are given and the software design idea are explained.
