摘要
针对企业生产中所涉及的实际问题,开发设计电解铝出铝过程的自动出铝天车定位、定量出铝及计量自动化装置。采用 MCS—51系列中8031单片机,2864EPROM 扩展及8253可编程定时器扩展接口,可编程 I/O 扩展和8279键盘显示器接口等。
This article mainly according to the practical problem which occurred in the course of the production,making full use of relative professional knowledg, dealing with the automatization contral blind point, deleloping and designing independentce automatic production overhead traveling crane orientation, quantified production and computation in the course of electrolytic aluminum.It mainly include MCS-51 series 8031 SCM, 2864 EPROM expander and 8253 reprogramme timer expanded joint,reprograme I/O expander and 8279 keyboard display joint.
