外源激素促控甜菜抽薹过程中淀粉酶活性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用外源激素促控甜菜抽薹试验,通过分析淀粉酶活性的变化和同工酶电泳,探讨甜菜当年抽薹和抽薹逆转的机理。结果表明,外源激素G-ABA有效促进二年生甜菜当年抽薹,在抽薹过程中,处理后12d淀粉酶活性升高,之后与当年抽薹品种淀粉酶活性下降的变化趋势相似;脱落酸(ABA)和马来酰肼(MH)能够逆转甜菜抽薹,在逆转抽薹处理后7d,淀粉酶活性达到最高值,然后下降,至处理后20d淀粉酶活性又有升高趋势。 The experiments was carried out with extraneous hormones treating sugar beet and analyzed changes of amylase activity and isoenzymes of it to study mechanism of bolting and bolting reversing of sugar beet in the first year. The results were follows: among extraneous hormones, G-ABA made sugar beet which is biennial plant bolting at the first year, during the bolting amylase activities increased after twelve days by treating, then the activity decreased which is like those plants bolting in the first growth year, abscisic acid and maleic hydrdazide could reverse the bolting of sugar beet, during the bolting reversing, after seven days treatment, the amylase activity was the highest, then down and it became to increase after 20 days treatment, while the contents of soluble proteins gradually came near to the same level of normal non-bolting.
