摘要
通过人工复制维生素E缺乏患病雏鸡模型,用放免测定法检测脑软化雏鸡血浆中前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量的动态变化。结果表明,脑软化雏鸡血浆中PGE2含量较健康对照组雏鸡显著增高(P<0.01),说明脑软化雏鸡的机体免疫功能降低。
The development plasma levels of PGE2 in chicken with nutritional encephalomalacia（NE） were measured by RIA. The results showed that the plasma level of PGE2 in ataxic chicks were significantly higher than that of healthy ones. The data suggest that immunological function of chicken with nutritional encephalomalacia reduce.
