摘要
选42羽产前的金定蛋鸭进行笼养,研究其在舍温从正常的15℃急速降到-15℃,0.5h后再恢复正常温度的12h内某些内分泌活动的规律。试验结果如下,血清中三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)呈现抛物线变化,在应激后0.5 ̄1h内出现峰值(1.28±0.03ng·mL-1),然后开始下降,在应激后12h达到(1.22±0.03)ng·mL-1的最低值,其差异显著(P<0.05);甲状腺素(T4)的含量均在应激后1h出现高峰值(5.24±5.07ng·mL-1),然后迅速下降,在应激后12h达到(1.81±1.98)ng·mL-1的最低值,其差异极显著(P<0.01);皮质醇(Cort)的含量前期上升迅速,后期变化规律不明显,并在试验期间内出现了2次峰值,分别是应激后立刻出现的(1.42±0.19ng·mL-1)和在应激后12h出现的(1.38±0.21ng·mL-1),同时在应激后2h有一个小的波峰(1.37±0.07ng·mL-1),其差异不显著(P>0.05);胰岛素(Ins)的含量先下降后上升,在应激开始时是(1.15±0.01)μIU·mL-1,在应激12h后为(1.15±0.02)μIU·mL-1,其差异不显著(P>0.05);血清中的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)在应激后1h达到高峰(32.56±3.65)IU·mL-1,然后开始下降,到应激后12h为(24.04±4.40)IU·mL-1;其差异极显著(P<0.01);丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化较大,应激后立刻降到(1.43±0.33)nmoL·mL-1,应激后12h为(1.26±0.35)nmoL·mL-1,中间不断呈现波动变化,在应激后2h达到了峰值(2.18±0.36)nmoL·mL-1,其差异显著(P<0.05)。综合本试验结果得出,在急性应激条件下,血清中的个别激素、总抗氧化能力和丙二醛可以作为应激的敏感指标。
The experiment was conducted to study the change rule of T3 ,T4, Cort, Ins, MDA and T-AOC of the pre-egged Jin-ding ducks in serum during twelve hours when the environment temperature felt from 15℃ to 15℃ and then back. 42 (2 weeks before laying) Jin-ding pre-egged female ducks were randomly assigned to seven groups to do cold stress experiment. The results showed that, there was significant different effect on T3 in the serum after stressed(P〈0.05), while great influence on T4, which significantly ascended after stressed in an hour and then descended slightly(P〈0.01); the content of cort ascended rapidly in the prophase and descended unclearly in the anaphase, there are two apices during the twelve hours after cold stress and there was insignificant difference (P〉 0.05); the content of Ins ascended firstly and then descended and there was significant inflence (P〈 0.05); the T-AOC achieved apex in an hour and then descend, and there was great influence on it during twelve hours after stressed(P〈0.01 ); but there was significant effect on MDA in the serum, it descended firstly and ascended rapidly and then fluctuated with time(P〈0.05).
