摘要
本文提出了一种基于 RS—485总线构建分布式监控系统的方法。描述了由就地控制层、主监控层和远程监控层组成的分布式测控系统的三层结构模型。通过在研制金刚石加工监控系统中的应用证明,此模型具有良好的应用前景。
The paper si concerned with a method for forming distributed supervisory controle system on based RS-485 bus. A threelayer structure module formed by control layer at present ,master supervisory control layer and remote monitor layer is discussed.The module applied in the supervisor control system of diamond process, it has a fine application prospect.
