摘要
介绍了台山电厂600MW机组系统在管道施工中,对管道内壁进行打砂或酸洗预处理的范围和要求;在安装中,采取现场预组合、加强管口临时封闭、气体吹扫等控制措施,使整个管道系统的安全、经济、可靠运行程度得到了有效地提高。
Introduction was made to the scope and requirements for polishing or acid washing pretreatments to be carried out for the internal wall of the pipelines during pipeline construction of Taishan Power Station 600 MW generator sets; in the installation, site pre-combination, strengthening pipe outlet temperary closing, gas blowing and wiping etc control, measures were adopted, which enable the safe, economic and reliable operation degree of pipeline system to be raised effectively.
