摘要
在工程建设之前,常规的图纸资料难以使人对工程有一个整体的认识。为了使相关人员对整体方案尽快了解,有必要使用一种生动形象的交流手段供他们进行交流。该文将OpenGL技术应用于自动化立体仓库的建前规划,分析了其中的关键技术,开发了三维仿真动画程序。程序可以自动生成自动化仓库的三维模型,并且以三维动画的形式演示仓库中货物及搬运机械的运动。用户可以根据自身需求,调整设置参数,改变堆垛机叉车等的运动轨迹,改变视角,更换不同的布局方案,详细了解仓库的运行情况,并可得出仿真报告,这不仅方便了和客户交流,而且为工程建设的规划设计提供了参考。
Before the project is constructed, normal drawings cannot give correlative persons all-sided comprehension. In order to make them more clear about the project as quickly as possible, it's necessary to find a better way for their communication. Appling OpenGL to Automatic Storage& Retrieval System in its layout design and analyzing some key techniques, we develop a tridimensional animated program, which can be used as one of demonstration methods and one approach for intercommunicating with clients. This program can construct tridmenisional model of the Automatic Storage& Retrieval System automatically and show tridimensional movement of the cargo and the moving equipments. Thus we can get some kinetic details. In order to get more information on one~ own demand, users can change the parameters , and regulate the view angle, and change the route of the forklifts, and also can choose different layout scheme. Finally, simulation report can be put out. All these not only facilitate the communication with clients but also provide references for the project construction in its layout design.
