摘要
该文介绍了交互使用有限元分析软件和控制系统仿真软件实现具有刚柔耦合结构复杂系统的仿真方法。使用有限元技术建立弹性体模型,通过二次开发语言编程实现弹性体动力响应有限元分析全过程,将计算所得的弹性体位置和速度响应以文件形式保存并传递给在控制系统仿真软件中建立的弹性体环节作为该环节的输出。同时在控制系统仿真软件中建立刚体动力特性模型以及控制器反馈模型,用C语言编程实现仿真软件调用有限元分析程序的接口,从而实现整个系统的仿真。该方法能够仿真具有任意复杂结构弹性体的刚柔耦合控制系统的动态响应,由于使用有限元方法使得仿真结果较为精确。
The simulation method of the rigid-elastic coupling control system is introduced by using the interaction of the finite element analysis software and the control system simulation software. The elastic model is constructed by finite element technique. Based on that, the dynamic response analysis is realized by APDL programming. The APDL calculation result which includes the node displacement and velocity information is saved by file and passed to the control system simulation software. The rigid part and control feedback model are founded in the control simulation software, the interface of the APDL program and the control simulation software are achieved by C program. According to those steps, the whole system simulation can be started. This method can simulate the system including the complex elastic part and has good precision thanks to using the finite element technique.
