精密声速仪及其逻辑仿真

Precise Sound Velocity Instrument and Its Logic Simulation

摘要 精密测量超声波在材料中的传播速度,对于材料科学、物理声学和超声无损检测和评价以及工业超声测量等具有非常重要的意义,而对于精密声速的测量与相应仪器的研究是直接相关的。该文介绍的主要内容就是用于精密声速测量的仪器4/4/精密声速仪,首先是整个测量系统的组成介绍,然后介绍了系统中测量主机的机构组成,再详细解读了仪器中数字电路部分主要部分4/4控制与声时测量模块4/4的组成和功能,最后还用MaxplusⅡ分别对控制与声时测量模块电路和计时计数模块进行了功能仿真,并给出了仿真结果。 To measure the velocity of ultrasonic wave precisely is very important to materials science, physical acoustics, ultrasonic nondestructive test and evaluation as well as industrial ultrasonic applications. The accurate measurement of sound velocity always has close relationship with the development of relevant instrument. This paper mainly introduces the precise sound velocity instrument. At first the paper describes all the components of the measuring system, and then introduces the structure and function of its digital part that control and measure the sound velocity to this instrument in details. Finally the paper also describles the functional simulation of two module: the module for controling and measuring the sound velocity, the module for counting the time for sound propagating, and uses Maxplus Ⅱ to display the result of these two module’s simulation.
