摘要
论述了网络环境下合理配置高校图书馆人力资源和建立科学的人力资源管理机制的必要性,提出了现阶段解决图书馆人力资源配置的主要途径,着重讨论了配置人力资源及其管理的五大机制或制度。
The paper has discussed the necessity of reasonable disposed human resources in university libraries and the necessity of the establishment of scientific human resources management mechanism. It has put forward the main channel of human resource disposition and focused on the discussion on the 5 major mechanism or system in human resources disposition and management.
