阿魏酸锗对小鼠子宫颈癌14号的抑制作用

The inhibitory effect of germanium ferulic acid on the tumor U_(14)

目的观察阿魏酸锗对小鼠子宫颈癌14号的作用。方法以阿魏酸锗高、中、低剂量连续给药10d。结果显示阿魏酸锗高、中剂量组有较好的抑制率,低剂量组也有一定的抑制作用,且给药前后体重明显增加。结果阿魏酸锗对小鼠移植瘤U14有抑制作用且毒性较小。

Aim To observe the inhibitory effect of germanium ferulic acid on the tumor U14. Methods We administered the germanium ferulic acid for ten days constantly with high, middle and low dose. Results The group administered with high and middle dose was more inhibitory and the group with low dose had a little inhibitory effect.What＇s more,the mice＇s avoirdupois increased evidently during administering drug. Conclusion The germanium ferulic acid had strongly inhibitory effect and low toxicity.
