HPLC测定立感舒胶囊中盐酸伪麻黄碱、氢溴酸右美沙芬和布洛芬的含量

Determination of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and dextromethorphan hydrobromide and ibuprofeni in ligansu capsules by HPLC

目的建立一种用HPLC法测定立感舒胶囊三种成分含量的方法。方法采用C18柱,以0.04mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调节pH值为3.8)-甲醇-乙睛(40∶20∶40)为流动相,检测波长264nm,流速为1.0ml.min-1。结果样品中3种成分完全分离且线性关系良好,盐酸伪麻黄碱、氢溴酸右美沙芬和布洛芬的平均回收率分别为99.5%、99.2%和100.2%。RSD分别为1.2%、0.8%和0.6%(n=9)。结论该法操作简单,结果准确,可以有效地控制质量。

Aim To establish a method for determining the components in ligansu capsules by HPLC. Methods Using C18 column, 0.04 mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution（adjusted pH to 3.8 by phosphoric acid ）-methano-acetonitril （40： 20： 40）as mobile phase, flow rate is 1.0 ml·min^-1, wavelength of detector is 264 nm. Results Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,dextromethorphan hydrobromide and ibuprofeni were completely separated and the linearity are fine. The average recoveries （n=9） are 99. 3% （pseudoephedrine hydrochloride） , 99.8% （dextromethorphan hydrobromide）and 99.7% （ibuprofeni）. Conclusion This method is simple and convenient in work. It is accurate and very suit able for the quality control.
