摘要
面对维护过程中存在的诸多问题,结合业务支撑网的监控和管理需求,中国移动在2005年统一启动了以ITIL体系为核心的全国业务支撑网网管系统的搭建工作。本文主要介绍了中国移动业务支撑网网管系统的总体结构、功能要求以及发展方向。
To address various challenges in system support and maintenances, China Mobile initiates the program for network management system of business supporting network from 2005, which will monitor the business support network and improve the management efficiency greatly based on the ITIL framework. This article introduces the overall architecture, functional model and the evolution roadmap for BOSS NM system.
