面对一级业务支撑系统维护管理要求,为进一步提升服务质量和服务能力,中国移动在IT服务管理应用方面一直在进行研究和探索。本文主要介绍了IT服务管理在集团公司一级业务支撑系统中应用的总体情况、实施效果以及下一步的发展方向。
