随着电信业市场竞争的日益激烈,运营商们正在争取全面提升网络和服务质量。对于中国移动运营支撑系统出现的故障和用户的相关投诉,必须具备及时、高效的处理能力。辽宁移动BOSS故障处理系统正是为了及时准确地处理相关故障和投诉而开发的。本文对辽宁移动BOSS故障处理系统进行了3层设计的相关描述,展示了系统工作的主要流程,并对系统的设计建设情况做出了总结和展望。
Today operators are trying their best to improve network and services when they face competition in the Telecommunication Market, So BOSS must have instant and effective ability to solve troubles that users have found. In order to solve troubles of LiaoNing's BOSS, we have designed and developed the trouble managing system. This paper depicts the structure, the flow and construction of the trouble managing system, and exhibits the further of the trouble managing system.
