Discussion on Training Standards of Higher Vocational Education in the New Era

本文根据新时期人才需求的特点,提出了新时期高职人才培养规格应具备的两种素质、一套知识、四类能力、六本证书,并探讨了实现这种人才培养规格的改革措施。

According to the characteristic of talent requirement in the new era, the training standards with two kinds of qualities, a set of knowledge, four types of capabilities and six certificates are put forward for higher vocational education in the new era, and the reform measures for realizing the training standards are also discussed.
