Discussion on the Education of Teachers in Higher Education Institutes

在高校招生规模大幅增长的情况下,加强高等院校中的教师教育,是解决高等教育教学质量下降的途径之一。本文首先分析了高校教师的能力素质要求,将其分解为:思想道德素养、学术素养、教学素养;其次提出了加强高校教师教育的几个方法和途径,希望能够对高等院校的教师教育有所促进。

The scale of student enrollment of higher education institutes has been greatly enlarged. To reinforce the educational of teachers in the higher education institutes is one of the solutions against the deterioration in teaching quality of higher education. The essay firstly analyses the requirements on the teachers qualifications of higher educational institutes, and classifies them into moral attainment, academic attainment, teaching attainment; secondly some methods and solutions are proposed to reinforce the educational of teachers in higher education institutes, with an aim to be helpful to the education of teachers in higher educational institutes.
