大学新生班导师工作的实践与探索

Working Practice and Research of the Tutors of Freshmen

大学一年级是大学生人生中新的起点,能否尽快适应新的学习、生活环境,对其以后的发展至关重要,因此,如何引导新生尽快适应大学生活,是新生的班导师在开展工作前和工作过程中必须认真考虑的问题。本文结合新生班级班导师工作的实践,分析了班导师自身和新生的特点,对班导师工作进行了一些积极的探索,提出了开展工作的一些方法和措施。

The first year of a freshman is a new point in his career. It is highly important that the freshmen adapt themselves to the new environment as soon as possible. Therefore, instructing freshmen to fit for the college life comes to the serious issue of their tutors before and during their working. In this paper, after analyzing the characteristics of both tutors and freshmen, some beneficial researches on the work of the tutor have been made and some effective measures have been proposed.
