The Handles of In-service Continuing Education of Teachers: Policies and Laws

20世纪60年代以来,教师职后继续教育已成为大多数国家教师教育的理念和实践,为推动教师职后继续教育的实施,世界许多国家(如美、英、日等)都出台了一些相关政策、法令或法规,如进修制度、晋级加薪制度、提高学历层次制度等。本文借鉴国外经验,就我国教师职后继续教育的政策、法规展开研究。

In-service continuing education of teachers has become the concept and practice of teacher education in more countries of the world. To carry out in service continuing education of teachers many countries in the world, such as the U. S. , Britain and Japan, etc. , have made such policies and laws as regulations for advanced studies, rules of promotion and increase in teachers＇ salary and systems of promotion of degrees, etc. The thesis uses the experience of other countries for reference to study the policies and laws of in-service continuing education of teachers.
