非智力因素是指智能之外又同智能活动效益发生相互作用的一切心理因素,它包括动机、兴趣、情感、意志等。非智力因素对学生的学习是不可缺少的的重要条件,同样,非智力因素在成人教育和教学过程中也产生着积极的影响和作用。因此,非智力因素培养与成人教育有着密切的关系。

The non-intelligence factor refers to all the psychological factors outside the range of intelligence but interacting mutually with the intelligent activity.It inchudes motive, interest, emotion, will and so on. The non-intelligence factor is the indispensably immortant condition to adult education and the teaching process. Therefore,there is close relationship between the cultivation of non-intelligence factors and adult education.
