江泽民同志从我国社会主义现代化建设的实际和战略需要出发,阐述了我国成人教育的战略意义,成人教育的核心、发展成人教育的保障、终身教育观,为我国成人教育事业的发展指明了方向,具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。
On the bass of the reality of China＇ s socialist modernization construction and its strategic development, Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out the importance and the essence of China＇s adult education, the conditions to support China＇s adult education and the lift long learning concept as well, thus giving directions for the development of China＇s adult education career. This will exert porfound influence upon China＇s adult education.
