摘要
以心肌肌钙蛋白1放射免疫分析法(CTn-IRIA)测定急性心肌梗塞(AMI)35冽,非心肌梗塞(NMI)60例和正常健康人37例血清CTn-I的浓度,结果AMI组4.06±0.09ug/L(±s)明显高于后两组(P<0.01),正常组为2.04±0.13ug/L,单侧95%可信上限界为3.35ug/L,以>3.35ug/L为阳性.AMI组阳性率为94.3%,骨骼肌损伤18倒无1例阳性。提示CTn-I特异地存在于心肌中。按林氏推荐的公式[1]评价本方法对AMI的诊断价值阳性结果为90.41%,阴性结果为99.04%,准确率达92.15%,且CTn-I在AMI一周内为阳性。
We useded Cardiac Troponin I Radioimmuoassy (CTn-IRIA) to measure CTn-I concentration in a cute Myocardial infarction (AMI) 35 cases. non-mycocardial infarction (NMI) 60 cases and 37 cases of healthy men. Value of CTn-I in AMI were 4.061±0.09 ug/L(±s). It was more than that in NMI and healthy men (P<0.01). Normul value was 2.04±0. 13 ug/L. The upper limit was 3. 35 ug/L (nonparametric 95% interval), >3. 35 ug/L as positive, the positive rate for AMI was 94. 3%. All patients with injury of skeletad musule were negative. This showed that CTn-I is specificic in myocardial damage. According to ling's formula, the positive and negative diagnostic value for AMI is 90. 4% and 94. 04% respectively by this CTn-I assay, and its overall accuracy rate is 92. 15%. lt has been observed that CTn-I is still increased by the end of onset of AMI after one week.
