摘要
企业未来价值的创造能力决定了企业的投资价值。文章在对传统的企业投资价值评价方法进行分析的基础上,结合工作实践,采用定性评估和定量评估,尝试性地构建了一个系统性的企业投资价值评估框架,以期全面、科学地挖掘、衡量企业的投资价值。
Enterprise＇s investment value rests with its future value creation ability. Based on traditional enterprise＇s investment value evaluation method and combining work experience, this article uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to make out a systematic enterprise investment valuation framework, which can evaluate enterprise＇s investment value drastically and full-scale.
