摘要
酒店企业最终意义上的竞争是酒店文化之间的竞争,酒店如何成功的实施文化战略关系着其持续的发展。文章对酒店企业实施文化战略的必要性进行了分析,并考察了优秀酒店企业文化的特色,然后结合云南省丽江地区酒店企业的实际情况,探讨我国酒店企业如何实现酒店文化与本土文化的融合与创新。
The ultimate competition of hotels is the competition of hotels' cultures. It relate to the continuous progress of hotels that how to carry out culture strategy successfully. This paper explorer the necessity of operating the culture strategy of hotels, analyze the characteristic of three superior hotels. Then, this paper haake a research on how to realize the mixture and innovation between hotels' culture and domestic culture by making the hotels of Lijiang district of Yunnan province as a example.
