Psychological Contract in the organization is a psychological tie contacting the organization and the staff＇s, it is also a cognition of mutual responsibility between an individual, others and among the organization. Studying characteristic of Psychological Contract and showing its function will help us to understand relationship between staffs and the organization deeply, look for harmonious cooperation, strengthen the mutually beneficial behavior, and find a new idea and method to promote the development of organization.
