摘要
随着人力资本对企业经营发展重要性的日益提高,各企业在注重内部人力资源开发的同时,亦需要不断从外部招募各类人才。如何有效使用和留住这些新员工,试用期管理是第一步。加强员工试用期管理,推动新员工与企业之间合作博弈机制的形成,建立起有效的相互信任关系,是提高企业运营效率、形成新的竞争优势的有效之路。
As the improvement of importance of human capital for the development of enterprises, the enterprises not only take into account of human resource development of inner, but also recruit all kinds of talents from outer. Probation period management is the first step how to use and stay these new employees. Strengthen the probation period management to push the formation of cooperation and game and establish the useful trust of new employees and enterprises is the good way to improve the managerial efficiency and form the new competitive advantages of enterprises.
