心房颤动经导管消融治疗方法的历史演变概述

摘要 上世纪90年代以来,心房颤动(简称房颤)经导管消融治疗方法学发展大致经历了5个阶段:①模仿迷宫术(MAZE)的导管射频消融术;②线性消融术;③点消融术;④肺静脉电隔离术;⑤解剖指导下的肺静脉口环状消融术,这反映了关于房颤机制认识不断深入的过程。
