笔者根据现场施工管理的经验，得出降低顶管工程生产成本的一些方法。在思想重视、团队精神、优化工序、机械和工具的管理、管理制度等方面，提出自己的见解。

Accorchng to the authors＇ experiences on the fieldwork management, there was coming out some methods to reduce the costs of pipe jacking project. Meanwhile, the authors gave out their own points of views on thought emphasizing, group cooperating, procedure optimizing, management on machines and implements, and the administrative constitution as well.
