摘要
本文根据ERP/MRPII、JIT和TOC三种物流管理模式的控制模型,重点讨论了三种模式的物流控制原理,并对其特性进行了分析。选择合适的物流管理模式,有利于提高生产物流系统的效率。
Through the production logistics management model of ERP/MRPⅡ,JIT and TOC,the logistios control theory of these three model are introduced in this paper,and their characteristics are analyzed in this paper,The effieiency of the production logistics system is improved by choosing suitable logistics management moedl.
