摘要 对喷射成形技术的发展现状及其对先进铝合金产业结构的影响作了综述和分析。认为喷射成形工艺是一种新型的快速凝固近形材料制备方法,其产品具有组织精细、合金含量高、力学性能优越、生产效率高、产品规格大的优点,填补了传统铸造和粉末冶金工艺的产品空白,将对铝合金性能升级和产业结构产生深远影响,推动我国先进铝合金产业的发展。 The current development situation of spray forming process and its influence on advanced aluminum alloy industril structure are described and analyzed. It is known that spary forming process is a novel rapid solidification technology for metal production. The advantages of the products made by this process include fine micro,structure, high alloy content, excellent mechanical properties, high productivity and large scale product. The process has been filling a vacancy in conventional casting and power metallurgical processes.
