摘要
在新型干法水泥生产中,煤粉的计量与控制系统是很重要的生产环节,影响该系统正常运转的原因很多,但大多数是煤粉计量控制系统的配置失衡造成的。在介绍了煤粉输送系统的原理的基础上,重点分析了输送用气量和管道配置参数及其优化;煤粉输送率、风速、风压等基本参数及其优化。结合工程实例,就煤粉输送系统常见问题进行了分析。
Measure & controll system of coal powder is a very important part in new dry process cement production. Although there are many factors affecting the system normal running, the most unnormal were caused by unballanced collocation of coal powder measure & controll system. On principle of coal powder conveying system, the amount of carried gas and the duct configuration parameters and its optimization were analyzed on emphasis as well as the coal conveying rratio,air speed, air pressure etc.parameters and the optimization. Meanwhile, usual problems in coal powder conveying system were analyzed by project examples.
