摘要
苏州金猫水泥厂2002年在扩建2750t/d新型干法生产线时新建1套15MW带补燃锅炉的余热发电系统。该系统主要由窑尾余热锅炉、补燃锅炉和汽轮发电机组成。介绍了各相关设备的技术特点、各项参数、工艺布置及应用效果。该工程实施后,经济效益显著,系统年发电10500×104kWh,年利润达2100万元。认为带补燃锅炉的余热发电技术是成熟的,只要水泥企业有劣质燃料供应,建设一套带补燃锅炉的余热发电系统是可行的,且符合国家能源政策。
In 2002, Suzhou Jinmao Cement Plant built a 2 750 t/d NSP production line and a system of 15 MW cogeneration with boiler. The cogeneration system is composed of boiler by waste heat, boiler for complemental burning and steam generator. The paper introduced charateristics of the related equipments, the parameters, process collocation and the effect. After the project was put into practice, the plant gained considerable economic effect as the system generated 10500×10^4 kWh electric power every year and the profit could reach 2,100,000 RMB per year. And the author considered the technology of cogeneration with boiler for complemental baring is mature, if the cement plant has supply of faulty coal, it is feasible to build a system of cogeneration with boiler for complemental burning, and it accord with the national energy source policy.
