662例住院患者用药的合理性分析

An Analysis of Prescriptions and Rational Drug Use in 662 Inpatients

目的:了解住院患者的用药情况,评判药物使用的合理性。方法:应用“合理用药监测软件系统 (PASS系统)”对住院患者的用药进行了分析,共监测了662名患者28 573条药疗医嘱。结果:662名患者在住院期间共使用药物901种,在28573条药疗医嘱中共监测到1198例次不合理用药,发生率为4．19％,主要表现为药物不良相互作用(1120例次)、特殊人群用药(63例次)、注射剂体外配伍(10例次)、药物过敏(3例次)和给药剂量错误(2例次)。结论:住院患者的临床用药基本合理,加强对临床用药的监测,尽量减少用药品种,避免不合理的联合用药对进一步提高住院患者的合理用药水平有较大帮助。

Objective： To investigate the drug utilization and evaluate the rational drug use in 662 inpatients. Method： The Prescription Automatic Screening System （PASS） was used to analyze the inpatients＇drug use. 28573 prescriptions of 662 inpatients were screened by PASS which was installed in a pharmacist computer workstation. Result： A total of 901 kinds of drugs were used by 662 inpatients. There were 1198 cases of irrational use of drugs with an incidence of 4.19% , including 1120 cases of adverse drug-interaction, 63 cases of inter-individual drug use, 10 cases of compatibility of injective medicines, 3 cases of drug hypersusceptibility and 2 cases of drug over-dosage. Conclusion： The clinical drug use of inpatients was comparatively rational. Utilizing modern methods to screen clinical drug use, reduce the number of prescribed drugs and avoid the irrational drug combination will promote the rational drug use in inpatients.
