摘要
将无机纳米粉末(ZnO/TiO2)、涂料、粘合剂、分散剂和其它整理剂采用特殊的分散方法配制成稳定的工作液,然后进行轧、烘、焙,使织物同时达到染色和防紫外线整理的目的,以适合多种纤维织物的染整加工。对同浴染色、整理的织物进行折皱回复角、刚柔性、透气性和撕破强力等物理性能测定。结果表明,对织物服用性能没有很大的影响,但大大提高了织物防紫外线性能。
Polyester-cotton fabric was impregnated in the steady work liquor including inorganic nano particles, adhesive, dispersant and other finishing agents which was specially dispersed, followed by pad-dry-cure dyeing process. This one-bath dyeing process imparts anti-ultraviolet function to the fabric. It is especially suitable for dyeing multi-component fabric. Physical properties such as crease recovery angle, stiffness, air permeability and tearing strength are tested. Results show that one bath dveina orocess exert little influence on the serviceability, while UV protective property is greatly improved.
