摘要
聚氨酯交联剂DF-817采用氮丙环和嵌段聚醚等合成,试验结果表明,DF-817用于棉织物免烫整理,其急弹、缓弹性能与2D树脂相当,强力和撕破强力优于2D树脂;用于涂料印花,干湿摩擦牢度提高1级以上。
This paper covers the synthesis of polyurethane crosslinker DF-817 with raw materials of aziridinyl and block polyester, as well as its application in DP finish, coating and pigment printing. Experiments show that in DP finish with DF-817, the fast and delayed elasticity of cotton fabric are similar, while breaking and tearing strength are superior to those of 2D resin; in pigment printing, wet and dry rubbing fastness are increased above 1 level.
