云南的少数民族几乎都有一些与现代环保理念有关的生态伦理意识。这种伦理意识包容在他们的生产、生活方式以及图腾崇拜、创世神话中。这是一种原始的、原生态的文化,它深刻体现了少数民族生存方式中的生态伦理智慧。特有的民族生存方式孕育着特有的民族生态意识,而这种特殊的生态意识又体现出民族对待自然特有的方式,在工业文明给人类带来生态危机的21世纪,少数民族处理人与自然关系的方式无疑会给我们以有益的启示。

Almost all the ethnic minorities in Yunnan Province display some ecological ethics consciousness relating to modern environmental protection ideology. Their ethics consciousness includes production, life style, totemism, and genetic mythology. This is a kind of primitive, original and ecological culture that characteristically embodies their ecological ethic sintelligence. And their peculiar life style conceives their peculiar ecological consciousness that furthermore reveals their peculiar ways of treating the nature. So their ways toward the nature could no doubt provide us helpful enlightenment in the 21st century when the industrial civilization has brought about eco-crisis to mankind.
