急性脑梗死患者脑磁图运动相关磁场特征研究 被引量:2

The clinical study of movement-related cerebral magnetic fields in patients with acute cerebral infarction by magnetoencephalgraphy.

摘要 目的研究急性脑梗死患者脑磁图运动相关磁场的变化特征.方法 2003-06~2004-08对河北省人民医院9例急性脑梗死患者和6名健康志愿者进行MEG MRCFs检测.患者看到一侧闪光信号提示后,相应侧食指做一次抬起放下运动触发光电耦合作为'0'时刻,MRCFs波峰由等价电流偶极子(ECD)评估,并与超薄MRI进行影像融合.结果 MRCFs波峰的ECD均位于两侧初级运动皮层'手区',患者组MRCFs波峰潜伏期延迟(P<0.01),尤以患侧为重,患侧ECD强度较健侧减小(P<0.01).结论 MEG测定MRCFs可客观、灵敏的检测出急性脑梗死患者运动皮层功能的损伤. Objective To study movement-related cerebral magnetic fields (MRCFs) in patients with acute cerebral infarction by magnetoencephalgraphy (MEG), Methods From Jun, 2003 to Aug, 2004 MRCFs were recorded from 9 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 6 health volunteers with magnetoencephalgraphy, The subjects moved the finger just as they saw the optical signal, The peak of MRCFs w, ere estimated by equivalent current dipole (ECD),which were superimposed on MRI, Results All subjects' MRCFs location were in the precentral gyrus. In the patients group, the peak latency of MRCFs were longer than control group (P〈0.05), especially in the affected hemisphere. The strength of ECD was smaller in the affected hemisphere (P〈0.01). Conclusion MEG can measure primary motor cortical impairment objectively and sensitively in cerebral infarction patients.
