部分房室通道合并双孔二尖瓣4例

FOUR CASES OF THE PARTIAL ATRIOVENTRICULAR CANAL WITH DOUBLEORIFICE OF THE MITRAL VALVE

报告４例部分房室通道合并双孔二尖瓣均有二尖瓣前瓣裂，导致二尖瓣关闭不全。４例均手术修补二尖瓣裂、心包修补原发孔房缺。另有２例行三尖瓣成形术。对双孔二尖瓣在房室通道中的发生率及术中双孔二尖瓣桥状组织的认识和手术中的注意事项进行讨论。

Four Cases of the partial atrioventricular canal(PAVC ) with double orifice of the mitralvalve (DOMV)was reported. In all patients the anterior leaflet of the mitral valve was clefted and mitralinsufficiency was presence. All of them were subjected to surgicaI treatment. The cleft on the mitral valvewas repaired with interrupted sutures and ostium primum defect was closed with a patch of pericardium infour cases. In addition, tricuspid valvuloplasty was performed in two cases. The incidence of the DOMV inPAVC, precautions performance of operation and the way to identify the bridging tissue of DOMV were discussed.
