摘要
结合国外特高压电网的现状,分析了我国尽快建设特高压电网的必要性,介绍了国外解决过电压控制、二次潜供电流、工频电磁干扰和无功平衡等特高压技术问题的经验,可供我国正在开展的特高压工程的研究和建设参考。
Combining the current situation of UHV grids abroad, the necessity of constructing UHV grids in China as soon as possible is analyzed. The overseas experience in solving technical problems about UHV such as over-voltage control,secondary arc current, power frequency electromagnetic disturbance, and reactive power balance are introduced, which will provide reference for research and construction of UHV engineering projects under development in China.
