摘要
介绍了江苏省上网关口电能计量装置的运行现状,分析了目前江苏省内关口装置存在的问题,根据年度测试情况提出了相关的技术管理分析和建议。
The current operation situation of electricity metering devices at gateways of Jiangsu Power Grid is introduced, and the problems of these devices are analyzed. Analysis of relevant technical management is conducted and suggestions are put forward according to testing results of 2004.
