摘要 阐述运动饮料的科学性,分析运动人群的生理发生的一系列变化,包括水分损失、血糖/糖原消耗、电解质损失等,导致运动中/后的疲劳和运动能力下降,并根据这些变化提出采用加入营养元素例如碳水化合物、电解质、水、蛋白等等。运动饮料应安全,快速吸收,迅速补充能量和恢复疲劳。 Scientific character of sports beverage was expatiated. A series ot negative changes during exercise such as dehydration, blood sugar/glycogen depletion, and electrolytes losses lead to the onset of fatigue and the decrease of physical performance. Based on the physiology of exercise, nutrient supplement such as CHO, minerals, water, protein, and so on were added to the sports beverage, safeties, rapidly absorption, fast supplement of energy and resuming fatigue are the character of sports beverage.
