摘要
介绍了一种新型零电压零电流软开关(ZVZCS)移相全桥电路。它利用带输出耦合电抗器的辅助电路实现了超前桥臂的零电压开关(ZVS)和滞后桥臂的零电流开关(ZCS)。该辅助电路的结构简单,无耗能元件和有源开关,电路效率高,是一种非常适合大功率场合的拓扑结构。文中详细分析了该变换器的各工作状态和工作时序,分别给出了各个状态的等效电路。实验验证了该方法的有效性。
A novel ZVZCS phase-shifted full-bridge circuit has been introduced in this paper.In this proposed circuit,A simple auxiliary circuit with neither lossy components nor active switches provides ZVZCS conditions to primary switches,ZVS for leading-leg switches and ZCS for lagging-leg switches. Many advantages including simple circuit topology,high efficiency, and low cost make the new converter attractive for high power applications.The operation, analysis, features and design considerations are illustrated and given.Experiment results show the effectiveness of this method.
