摘要
采用有源箝位反激式变换器电路,实现了零电压零电流软开关(Zero-VoltageandZero-CurrentSoftSwitching,简称ZVZCS)变换,克服了在常规硬开关电路中变压器漏感及寄生电容产生的高电压尖峰。该电路应用C1909控制芯片,简化了传统的驱动电路。实验结果表明,主开关管两端的电压被箝位在一定数值,实现了ZVZCS,效率达到90%。
In this paper,an active-clamp flyback circuit is presented to realize Zero-Voltage and Zero-Current Soft Switching, and the high voltage spike that produced by transformer leakage inductance and parasitic capacitor in common hard switching circuit was overcomed.By using control chip C1909,the traditional drive circuit was simplified.The test results show that the voltage of main switch is clamped to a certain value,the Zero-Voltage and Zero-Current Switching is achieved and the efficiency is obtained about 90%.
