摘要
介绍了一种无位置传感器无刷直流电机(BrushlessDCMotor,简称BLDCM)的锁相稳速控制系统。该系统以TI公司生产的DSP控制器TMS320LF2407A为核心控制芯片,采用反电势过零点检测法获得转子位置,通过外同步变频起动和锁相稳速控制方法分别实现了陀螺电机的启动和稳速控制。试验结果表明,用该方法控制电机的起动速度小于10s,转矩脉动小,稳速精度达到10-4。该系统已成功用于陀螺电机中。
A fixed-speed control strategy of sensorless brushless DC motor based on phase-locked logic is presented in this paper,which was successfully used in the gyro.The core of the system is DSP controller TMS320LF2407A made by TI,the motor obtained the signal of rotor position by testing the Back-EMF,got starting by variable frequency and fixed-speed running by forming a close-loop with the method of Phase-Locked Logic(PLL).Experiment results show that the motor in this system can achieve the good performance of quick start(〈10s),low torque ripple and high-precise running(10^-4).
